Estimates will be provided typically within 48 hours: Monday through Friday. Rain delays may impeed this action.

Lawn estimates are valid for a period of 30 days WITH ACTIVE lawn service in place.

Quote on lawn ONLY valid 14 days WITHOUT ACTIVE lawn service.

Bush and shrub trimming estimates are valid for 30 days. All other work estimates are valid for 90 days. Plant costs are variable upon availability and vendor pricing. There is no current guarantee on how the market prices will fluxuate. Sale/non sale, etc.

When calls for service and estimates are taken after 9 am, we will try to get to you on the next business day, unless our crew is in your area. If you are in the Saginaw/NW.Ft Worth area, that may end up being on Tuesday or Thursday, depending on your
actual location. We respectfully request you cancel with us if you change your mind. You can leave a message if our lines are busy.

Our estimates are free, and will be provided
when a crew is IN your area (to conserve fuel), however, if you require that we come out on a day that we are closed, after hours or you have asked us to come out to an area we are not servicing that day, there will be a $20 charge to be paid to the estimator prior to their providing your estimate. We will NOT provide telephone quotes.

We will NEVER provide you services on Sunday. This is a Holy day and one set aside specifically for family.
